Shipping policy

Where we ship

We ship to the contiguous United States (the lower 48 states and Washington, DC). We don't currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses or outside the United States.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on every order within the contiguous US.

Processing time

Orders are processed and shipped from our US warehouse within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding US holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery time

Once shipped, most orders arrive within 3–7 business days. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by carriers, weather and peak seasons. For Christmas delivery in the lower 48, please order by December 15.

Tracking

You'll receive an email with your tracking link as soon as your order ships. Tracking usually becomes active within one business day.

Delivery

Most orders are delivered by ground parcel to your door. Larger boxes may require a signature, and your tracking email will say so. Please inspect your package on arrival.

Damaged in transit

Every shipment is insured. If your order arrives damaged, keep the packaging and email photos of the box and the item to support@maisonembra.com within 48 hours of delivery. We'll ship a replacement at no cost to you.

Lost packages

If your tracking hasn't updated for 5 business days, or it shows delivered but you didn't receive it, contact us and we'll work with the carrier to resolve it.
